Easy upgrade path to Cart Upsell Pro

Cart Upsell Pro includes a Lite migration routine. When Pro is installed on a store that already uses Lite, it can copy the Lite configuration and selected products and create an imported manual upsell rule, reducing the work required to upgrade.
