This Privacy Policy explains how personal and technical information may be processed when you use the PrestaSuite website, create an account, download a module or contact support.
Data controller contact
PrestaSuite is currently operated by an individual software developer. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@prestasuite.eu.
Before paid sales are enabled, any additional legally required operator or seller identification will be published on the website.
Information we may process
- Account information such as name and email address.
- Download, order and module-access records where applicable.
- Support correspondence and technical information you choose to provide.
- Security and server-log data such as IP address, request time, browser information and error data where necessary to operate and protect the service.
- Analytics information collected through Google Analytics when analytics is enabled and, where required, consent has been obtained.
Why information is used
Information may be used to provide accounts and downloads, respond to support requests, maintain security, diagnose technical issues, improve the website and understand aggregate site usage. Depending on the context, processing may be necessary to provide a requested service, based on legitimate operational and security interests, or based on consent for non-essential analytics where required.
Google services
PrestaSuite uses Google Analytics to understand website usage and performance. Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers depending on the consent and configuration in use.
Google Search Console is used by the website operator to understand indexing and search performance. It is an administrative search-performance tool rather than a customer account or payment service.
Payments
If paid modules are enabled, payment processing may be provided by an external provider such as PayPal when shown at checkout. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices. PrestaSuite does not need customers to send full payment-card credentials by email or through support.
Cookies
Essential cookies may be required for account sessions, security and core website functions. Non-essential analytics cookies should be controlled through the applicable consent mechanism where required.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including account operation, support, security, record keeping and any applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
