These Terms & Conditions apply to the PrestaSuite website, user accounts, downloadable modules, documentation and related support services.
1. Services and modules
PrestaSuite provides software modules and tools intended for compatible PrestaShop stores. Product pages describe the main functionality, compatibility and edition-specific limitations of each module.
Free modules may be offered without charge. Paid modules may be introduced later. When paid products are available, the price and available payment methods will be shown before checkout.
2. Accounts and digital delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of their account credentials. Module downloads are delivered digitally through the customer account as described in Digital Delivery & Downloads.
3. Module license
One paid module purchase grants a license for one production shop. A temporary development or staging copy may be used only for testing the same licensed production shop and must not operate as a separate commercial store.
Module files may be modified for the licensed shop, but support does not cover problems caused by unsupported modifications. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, publishing or sharing paid module files with third parties is not permitted.
Full license terms are available in the Software License.
4. Updates and technical support
A paid module purchase includes module updates and technical support for 12 months from the purchase date unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.
Support covers reasonable assistance with installation, configuration and reproducible module defects on supported environments. It does not guarantee custom development, third-party module repair, theme customization or correction of unrelated server issues.
5. Payments
When paid modules are enabled, available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by an external payment provider, such as PayPal if it is offered at checkout. The provider may apply its own terms and privacy notice.
6. Technical problems and refunds
If a paid module has a reproducible technical defect that prevents its intended core functionality, the customer should contact support and allow reasonable troubleshooting and correction attempts.
If the confirmed defect cannot be corrected or a reasonable technical solution cannot be provided, a refund may be issued in accordance with the Refund Policy. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a transaction remain unaffected.
7. Customer responsibilities
Customers should review compatibility requirements before installation, maintain appropriate backups and test significant changes before deploying them to a production store. PrestaSuite is not responsible for failures caused by unsupported environments, unrelated third-party code, hosting restrictions or customer modifications outside the supplied module functionality.
8. Availability and changes
PrestaSuite may improve, update, discontinue or replace module features when necessary for compatibility, security or product development. Material terms applicable to a paid transaction will not be changed retroactively in a way that removes mandatory customer rights.
9. Privacy
Information about personal data and analytics is available in the Privacy Policy.
