PrestaSuite distributes downloadable software modules for PrestaShop. No physical shipment is involved.
How digital delivery works
Free modules are made available through the download method shown on the relevant product page. When paid modules are enabled, access will be granted after successful payment confirmation.
Purchased module files are made available in the customer account on PrestaSuite. Download links are not sent as file attachments by email, so customers should sign in to their account to access their available downloads.
Module access and compatibility
Each product page states the supported PrestaShop version and other important compatibility information. Customers should review these requirements before installing a module.
A paid module purchase is licensed for one production shop. License details are described in the Software License.
Updates and support
Paid module purchases include updates and technical support for 12 months from the purchase date unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. The module may continue to be used after that period, but access to new updates or included support may require renewal when renewal options are introduced.
If a download is missing
If a completed order does not appear in your account, or a download cannot be accessed, contact info@prestasuite.eu and include the module name and the email address used for the account. Do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials by email.
