This Software License describes the standard usage rights for PrestaSuite modules unless a specific product or package contains different written license terms.
One shop per paid module purchase
One paid module purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that module on one production PrestaShop shop.
A temporary development or staging installation is permitted when it is used solely to develop or test the same licensed production shop and is not operated as a separate commercial store.
Permitted modifications
You may modify module files for the needs of the licensed shop. Modified code remains subject to the restrictions of this license, and PrestaSuite support does not cover defects caused by unsupported customer or third-party modifications.
Redistribution is not permitted
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, redistribute or provide paid PrestaSuite module files to another shop owner, agency client or third party as a substitute for purchasing the appropriate license.
Client and agency use
If an agency or developer installs a paid module for a client, a separate module purchase is required for each production shop using the module.
Updates and support
A paid module purchase includes access to updates and technical support for 12 months from the purchase date unless the product page states otherwise.
After the included period ends, the customer may continue using the module version already obtained for the licensed shop. Access to later updates or included support may require renewal when renewal options are introduced.
Free modules
Free modules may be downloaded and used according to the terms provided with the module. They must not be presented, sold or redistributed in a way that falsely represents third-party code as an official PrestaSuite release.
Ownership
The license grants usage rights only. It does not transfer ownership of PrestaSuite trademarks, documentation or original software intellectual property.
Termination
License rights may end if the module is deliberately redistributed, resold or used outside the permitted shop scope in material breach of these terms. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
