This policy describes how PrestaSuite handles refund requests for paid digital modules when paid products are offered. Free modules have no purchase price to refund.

Technical issues should be reported first

If a paid module does not work as described, contact info@prestasuite.eu with the module version, PrestaShop version, PHP version, error details and steps to reproduce the issue.

The customer should allow reasonable troubleshooting and correction attempts before a technical refund request is evaluated.

When a refund may be issued

A refund may be issued when a material and reproducible defect prevents the module from performing its intended core functionality and PrestaSuite is unable to correct the defect or provide a reasonable technical solution after troubleshooting.

Cases normally not treated as a module defect

  • The store does not meet compatibility requirements stated on the product page.
  • The problem is caused by unrelated third-party modules, unsupported theme code, hosting restrictions or customer modifications.
  • The requested functionality was not included in the purchased edition or product description.
  • A customer changes their mind after receiving a correctly functioning digital module, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer or statutory rights that apply to a transaction. Where applicable law provides stronger rights, those rights take priority over this policy.

How to request a refund

Contact info@prestasuite.eu and include the order information and technical details needed to verify the issue. Do not send account passwords or payment credentials.
